What information does the appointment system collect?
The appointment planner collects your name, mobile number, visit type, preferred date and session. The hospital uses these details to arrange your appointment and contact you about the visit.
Do not submit medical reports, symptoms, prescriptions or payment information through the booking form.
Who can access my appointment?
Authorised hospital staff can review appointment requests and update their status. Your private tracking link lets you view the appointment and cancel an eligible request.
Keep that link confidential and use reception contact details for corrections or requests about your information.
Where are appointment details stored?
Appointment records are stored in the hospital’s Supabase database. Staff access requires a hospital-issued account, and the public website does not expose patient lists.
Cancellation retains the hospital’s appointment and activity record. No automatic SMS or email service is configured.
